The Baxter Collection was founded by two London property professionals with combined backgrounds spanning residential lettings, mortgage advisory and property services. Between them, they bring over 30 years of combined experience across London lettings, sales and mortgages, working with landlords, investors and homeowners across the capital.
What they observed was consistent: landlords were underserved. The market was full of agencies that prioritised volume over care, and short-let platforms that left owners to manage everything themselves. The Baxter Collection was built to change that.
We operate as a trading name of Baxters & Co Ltd, a London-registered company. Our approach is personal, professional and built around the needs of the landlords we work with.
